Clarity Is a Form of Respect

How clear expectations reduce friction without stripping the humanity from a conversation.

Clarity is sometimes mistaken for bluntness. The two are not the same. Clear communication respects another person enough to remove avoidable uncertainty.

Make the next step visible

In practice, clarity means naming what will happen next, who owns it, and when the other person should expect movement. It also means saying what is not known yet without hiding behind vague language.

Good communication does not eliminate every difficult moment. It gives difficult moments a structure people can trust.
